Booking Confirmation: In order to secure your booking a 50% deposit is required.

Payment: We accept direct bank transfers, VISA and MasterCard but no cheques.
The balance of the accommodation account is payable on the day of departure.
No refund can be given for delayed arrival or early departure.


Minimum Stay:  During Holiday Season (Arrival Dec. 24 - Jan. 2) we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. 

 

 

Check In Time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of booked arrival.

Early or late arrivals are at the sole discretion of management and must be arranged in advance.

Check Out Time is until 11h00 on the booked day of departure.

Delayed departures are at the sole discretion of management and must be arranged in advance.

Late Check Out or early Check In depend on room availability and may cost a separate fee
